Bhakti Darbar Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms cover the Bhakti Darbar app and bhaktidarbar.com, made by Shreesh Katyayan. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using Bhakti Darbar
Bhakti Darbar is free, for personal devotion, and needs no account. The texts, meanings, panchang and festival dates are prepared with care and checked against published panchangs, but they are offered as they are, without any warranty. For a ritual whose timing matters, confirm the muhurat with your priest or your local panchang. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using Bhakti Darbar.
YouTube
The app plays some playlists in YouTube's own embedded player, using YouTube API Services. By playing them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. What the player collects is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Spotify and other links
Buttons that open Spotify, YouTube or another site take you to services we don't run, under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control what those services show.
Content
The devotional texts are traditional and widely sung. If you believe something on Bhakti Darbar infringes your rights, write to us and we will look into it promptly.
Privacy
How the app and the website handle your data is in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy).
Changes
If these terms change, this page will show the new version and the date above will change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
